Piny's Plum Drink Recipe

1 ½ oz Bristow Gin
2 cane sugar cubes
¾ oz lemon juice
2 summer plums with pits removed, quartered
3 sprigs fresh thyme
2 dashes plum bitters (available at Fondren Cellars)

 

Serve up in a coupe glass garnished with fresh thyme  sprig.
