ELIXIR RECIPE: The Edward Harran

2 oz Uncle Val's gin

1/2 oz lime juice

1/2 oz simple syrup

1/2 oz Heering Cherry Liqueur

Dash of Peychaud's Bitters

1 cherry

 

Combine the gin, lime juice, simple syrup, Heering cherry liqueur and Peychaud's Bitters. Shake vigorously. Pour over ice. Garnish with one red cherry.
