11 Ways to Spend the First Weekend of Fall in Jackson, MS

September 21, 2017

You might be sweating while walking down the street to grab your [iced] pumpkin spice latte, but fall does indeed take the stage tomorrow, September 22nd. It's hot. It's Mississippi. Fall weather isn't quite at our doorstep yet, but I'm hoping it's on the way. Until then, I will wear the corduroy pants and embrace the suede boots (with a hot, pumpkin-flavored drink in hand) like it's my job. Think positive, folks.

With the start of the new season coming on a Friday, I composed a list of various events to help you ignore the temperature and enjoy yourself. Nothing like a Mississippi summer... Am I right?
