2 oz. Uncle Val’s gin

½ lime juice

½ simple syrup

½ Heering Cherry Liqeur

dash of Peychaud’s Bitters

1 cherry

 

Combine the gin, lime juice, simple syrup, Heering cherry liqueur and Peychaud’s Bitters. Shake vigorously. Pour over ice. Garnish with one red cherry.
